Website Update

I have just had a little redesign on my website, adding a few more projects to my architecture gallery and it now links to my structuraleye website too. Please take a look at the new updates here

Looking for artists/creatives

After a few months away from my ongoing project Creatives I am now ready to get back into it and looking for artists, creatives, anyone who works in a creative field and has an interesting or unusual workspace/studio. The project mixes both portrait and interior photography. I would like to progress the project with a bit more emphasis on the space people work in. If would like to get involved with the project and have an interesting working environment, please get in touch. To see some of the shoots from the project so far please visit my website Look forward to hearing from you. jo@structuraleye.co.uk

Royal Academy - Summer Exhibition

This year I have decided to enter the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition for the first time. I've never really thought of entering it as always thought it was more for paintings then photographs but having looked into it more realised it was open to all art forms. I chose a photograph that I took last year down on the Southbank and one that I personally really like. I filled in the entry form and sent it off before March 13th, next job was to get the image printed and framed ready to hand in. On Monday 26th March I headed into London with my framed print to 6 Burlington Gardens. I was amazed to see quite a small queue, I had prepared myself for the worse thinking I might be waiting for a very long time but after 5 mins I was walking back out into the sunshine with my picture safely delivered. I hope my photo gets chosen but all I can do now is wait with my fingers crossed!
